This structure composes the \u201cManagement Team\u201d of <strong>Pangraph<\/strong>, which plans the long-term and annual goals of the company and takes all necessary actions for their achievement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.pangraph.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/organogramma_eng-2.jpg\"><img class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1367\" src=\"http:\/\/www.pangraph.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/organogramma_eng-1.jpg\" alt=\"Chart Pangraph\" width=\"753\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Human factor is for <strong>Pangraph<\/strong> the driving force of its development course. There are 15 persons employed in total. <strong>Pangraph\u2019s<\/strong> goal is the provision of a competitive and fair environment, in which the employees will develop and evolve, through their personal achievements.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Equal Opportunities<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Pangraph<\/strong> is committed for providing equal opportunities to all employees without discriminations. Company will show zero tolerance to harassment of any form at the work space. The staff is in compliance with company\u2019s policy and any violation is subject to disciplinary measures, which could even include a dismissal.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Recruitment and development<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Pangraph<\/strong> is implementing a merit-based <strong>recruitment system<\/strong>, taking into account the knowledge and personal performance of every employee. Company\u2019s policy is to encourage employees to develop and manage their own career.
