The term Quality in Pangraph means that the products and the services provided meet the company\u2019s specifications and the requirements of the customer.<\/p>\n
The term Environment in Pangraph means ensuring the protection of the environment, making sure it has the least possible impact throughout the performance of its activities.<\/p>\n
The term Occupational Health & Safety in Pangraph means that the company\u2019s activities are carried out by taking all the necessary measures to ensure the safety and health of its employees and customers, stakeholders and external providers who are using company\u2019s products, services and facilities.<\/p>\n
The term Chain of Custody in Pangraph means that there is traceability in the chain through which FSC products are distributed, starting from the initial stage and reaching the final use.<\/p>\n

The Management guides and supports staff to contribute to the efficiency and the continuous improvement of the Management System.<\/p>\n The Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety Policy is applied at all levels within and outside the Group and is reviewed whenever it is necessary. It is available to the public and to all relevant stakeholders. The Management is committed to faithfully comply with this Policy and its dissemination to all the employees. Through this policy the company undertakes that it has no direct or indirect participation in the following illegal activities:<\/p>\n a) Illegal logging or the trade in illegal wood or forest products.<\/p>\n b) Violation of traditional and human rights in forestry operations.<\/p>\n c) Destruction of high conservation values in forestry operations.<\/p>\n d) Significant conversion of forests to plantations or non-forest use.<\/p>\n e) Introduction of genetically modified organisms in forestry operations.<\/p>\n f) Violation of any of the ILO Core Conventions (as defined in the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, 1998).<\/p>\n
