You can make a choice based to different priorities:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify; list-style-type: square;\">\n<li>printing result,<\/li>\n<li>stiffness and<\/li>\n<li>price.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"center\">Classification using the best option, based on the criteria mentioned above.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2437 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pangraph.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/Raw-Material-EN-1024x450.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"450\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.pangraph.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/Raw-Material-EN-1024x450.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.pangraph.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/Raw-Material-EN-300x132.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.pangraph.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/Raw-Material-EN-768x337.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Examples:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>If client\u2019s priority is printing result, then the best choice is type GZ, while the next is type GC1.<\/li>\n<li>If client\u2019s priority is rigidity, then the best choice is type GC2, while the next is type GC1.<\/li>\n<li>If client\u2019s priority is price, then the best choice is type GD, while the next is type GT2.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">From the moment the selection of the best raw material is done by the client, <strong>Pangraph<\/strong> commits itself as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Technical specifications will be available to every client, as well as the raw materials\u2019 certifications.<\/li>\n<li>There will always be available in its warehouses sufficient quantity for client\u2019s requirements (Permanent Availability of raw materials: 300 tones).<\/li>\n<li>Quality of raw material will not be altered and if need be, a letter of acceptance by the client will be required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Raw Material Import<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Pangraph<\/strong> purchases:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Fully coated bleached cardboard of European origin type (GC1, GC2).<\/b><br \/>\nAll of our industrial suppliers are certified with <b>ISO 9001:2015<\/b>  and their products are certified with <b>FSC<sup>\u00ae<\/sup><\/b>.<br \/>\n\u03a4These cardboards are extra white and hard and additionally the color does not fade away over time.<br \/>\nThey are imported in various weights between <b>200gr<\/b> to <b>380gr<\/b>.<br \/>\nThey are suitable for pharmaceutical and cosmetic boxes.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>European and Greek recycled cardboard, GT1, GT2 type.<\/b><br \/>\n\u038cAll of our industrial suppliers are certified with <b>ISO 9001:2015<\/b>.<br \/>\nThese cardboards are fairly white and hard.<br \/>\nThey are imported in various weights between <b>300gr<\/b> to <b>450gr<\/b>.<br \/>\nThey are suitable for pharmaceutical low cost boxes, as well as for production of general use and commercial purpose boxes.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>European writing paper.<\/b><br \/>\nAll of our industrial suppliers are certified with <b>ISO 9001:2015.<\/b><br \/>\nThese cardboards are of particular whiteness, hardness and transparency.<br \/>\nThey are imported in various weights between <b>40gr<\/b> to <b>60gr<\/b>.<br \/>\nThey are suitable for patient information leaflets and behave impeccably during folding and while being automatically packaged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Partners in this effort, are the following paper production companies:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.metsaboard.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">www.metsaboard.com<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.melpaper.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">www.melpaper.com<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.iberpapel.es\/\" target=\"_blank\">www.iberpapel.es<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Choosing Secondary Materials<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Regarding the remaining materials used in our production line, <b>Pangraph<\/b> choses to work with a number of companies whose main goal and ongoing commitment is the \u201coptimization of environmental impacts, during total product lifecycle\u201d. So, we chose:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>The <strong>eco ink series of Flint Group Firm<\/strong> for <strong>pantone &amp; cmyk<\/strong> printings, which are consistent with EC Regulation No 1907\/2006- better known as REACH Regulation- in European Industry.<br \/>\nDuring raw materials selection, Flint Group abides strictly to the Materials Foreclosure List for inks and related products, as described by EUPIA ( <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eupia.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">www.eupia.org<\/a> \u2013 prohibits the use of carcinogenetic, mutagenic and toxic substances, as well as extremely toxic (T+) or toxic (T) paints based on antimony, arsenic, cadmium, chromium (VI), led, mercury and selenium).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Adhesive products by Henkel firm<\/strong>, specialized for packaging industry for gluing soft PVC film, glazed paper, cardboard and PP\/PE treated surfaces.
